Please take up with branch to know your correct user id, if you do not know the correct user id. If your user id is correct then use Forgot Password link to reset your password without branch intervention.
This message comes during login when your login password is in enabled state and you are entering wrong password. Please enter the password correctly otherwise apply for a fresh password at the branch. A new password would be sent to your branch within 7 days. Collect the passwords from the same branch and get it activated on the same day. Thereafter, you can continue using the IBS service without any issue.
